“By the end of the first day the old balcony had been removed, the supplies for the new balcony had been ordered by Tony the owner and much of the new lumber had been cut and painted ready to go the next day. All of the old wood was removed and the area was left spotless. The second day Ryan did most if not all of the work. Again it was an excellent job and my property was left in perfect condition. The grill and other heavy items that had been moved out of the way had been returned to their original place. The painting had been completed and all told I felt it was a very good job and I was most pleased with it. I would certainly hire OC Home Repair again and plan to do so in the near future.”
